Every toy gets cleaned in our Washington facility before it goes out again. The process uses baby-safe, non-toxic, fragrance-free cleaners plus UV-C sanitization on hard surfaces. Fabric and plush items are laundered on hot. Battery toys get wiped and battery-tested. Anything with visible wear we can’t fully restore gets retired from the library.
If something ever feels off when it arrives, text us and we’ll make it right — no questions, no forms.
Normal play wear is on us. Leave it in the return box on your next delivery day and we’ll take it back. Significant damage outside normal play is handled per your membership waiver, but we’re reasonable humans — kids are kids.
Let us know when we come by. For most small lost pieces there’s no charge at all. If a toy is unusable without the missing piece we’ll talk through replacement cost — usually a fraction of retail.
Totally fine — leave the box out on your next delivery day and we’ll grab it then. Nothing gets charged, nothing pauses.
Cancel any time right from your account. Your current cycle stays active, and we pick up the last batch on your normal schedule. No retention calls, no hoops.
Pause your plan for as long as you need from the dashboard. Billing and deliveries pause together, and you pick right back up when you’re home.
Ask about buying it outright. We’ll usually work out a fair retired-toy price so a favorite can stay in the family.
