Welcome to ToyDash. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ToyDash (“ToyDash,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of our toy-rental subscription service in Southern Utah. By creating an account, subscribing, or receiving a delivery from us, you agree to these Terms.

When you sign up, you choose a monthly plan (e.g., biweekly, weekly, or family). Your subscription gives you access to a rotating selection of age-appropriate toys, delivered to and picked up from your door on a schedule we agree on with you.
Your subscription is billed monthly in advance via the payment method on file. Your subscription auto-renews each billing cycle at the plan price shown at signup, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves your current cycle active until the end of that period.
If we cannot charge your payment method, your subscription moves to a “past due” state and we may pause deliveries until payment is updated.
While a toy is in your home, you agree to:
Normal play wear is expected and on us. For lost toys or damage beyond normal wear, we may charge a replacement fee equal to our cost to replace the toy, up to the fair market value of the toy. We will always let you know before charging a replacement fee and give you a chance to locate missing pieces first.
Every toy is cleaned between rentals with baby-safe, non-toxic cleaners and inspected for damage. You are still the adult in the room: please supervise play, keep small parts away from children under 3, and contact us immediately if a toy appears damaged or unsafe. If a toy we rent to you is the subject of a recall, we will contact you and arrange an immediate pickup.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Because subscription fees pay for the toys already delivered and in your possession, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a delivery has been made for that cycle. You must be 18 or older and a legal adult to open a ToyDash account. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for all activity under your account.
When you opt in, we send you delivery reminders, pickup notifications, and important account texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; STOP will not cancel your subscription. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.
ToyDash is not liable for injuries that happen during ordinary play. You acknowledge that all play involves some risk and that you supervise your children’s use of rented toys. See our Waiver for details.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ToyDash’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will email the address on your account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah.
